A slow day

Today was a sleepy day. Woke up late, got ready late, everything late. Still feeling really rusty at blogging, but trying.
It was really hot and muggy outside apparently. I wouldn't know. Our air con has turned on thank goodness! It's a little cold actually.
I cleaned in the studio a bit, but enough. 
Not much more to report...

Oh! I also did my nails today! Very sparkly! That was fun <3 

Our first venture to the park

Today we went and sat in the park for a little while. It felt a little weird but I think it was good. We also picked up some necessities at CVS.

The "Use it Up!" Challenge!

Hello everyone!
I hope you are having a fantabulous day!
Today I am starting the "Use it Up" challenge! I have a whole box of art supplies and the challenge is to use it all up in projects!
I am so exited! (as well as being low key terrified theres so much stuff!! but hey,) Its going to be so much fun!
So without further ado, let's take a look at what we have!

Okay, this is my box! of all the stuff I will be trying to use up! Yikes thats a lot of stuff! But at the same time it's going to be so much fun to figure out ways to use it all! And much nicer for the art supplies they to just sit in a box somewhere!

Here is all the stuff out of the basket. It looks like a lot, and it is. How am I going to use this all? Hummm... you'll have to wait and find out!~

First off, some plain old blotting paper! It looks pretty boring but is very very useful in not getting your table dirty!

Here is all the paper in my basket! It's a lot of paper, but honestly its the bit I'm the least scared of! 

Here we have some ribbon! Always useful, but always hard to use! I am really curious as to what this will end up as!

Here I have: Washi tape, beads, random rhinestones (inside the roll) and sick on rhinestones! Some of the washi is not particularly my style so it will be fun to see what it turns into! The beads are also a chalange, and the rhinestones are as well. But...... I love decorating so something is bound to get bedazzled!

Heres some random stuff! Stickers, yarn, paint, and some paper and washi tape I forgot to add. All fun, I have no idea how this will play in.

Here we have some tinsel, more yarn, some dyeing pens fortunes from fortune cookies and some letter sealing wax! I am looking forward to these!

Last but not lest are some things that I didn't see when photographing the rest so its rather random. We have, lace, ribbon, glitters, Destress ink and ink ink and more paper and a fortune!

So, there you have it! This is what I will be working with! Keep tuned for lots of fun posts where I work with this stuff and see how I can create something out of it! This is going to be so fun! Squee!

Another year, The same old me

So it's my birthday! Yay! And I'm still a crazy bunny selfie kinda gal

I'm a year older, a year wiser, but really I'm the same old me. A calendar is not going to change that. I am the same me I was yesterday, and yes I've learned and grown, but that was a year in the making. I didn't change over night.

I am proud of the accomplishments I have had the opportunity to make this year.

I am blessed to have spent another year with my grandmother.

My art has become more refined, and I am happy about that! Hopefully I will start selling it this next coming year so be sure to stay tuned!

I have learned, I have grown. I have struggled this last year I have been joyful this last year, but I think I'm finally going in the right direction. 

So I wave goodbye to 22 year old me with many thankyous, tears and and well wishes, and turn towards 23, with the gifts 22 has given me and strive to learn more, try harder, push past my limits and make this year worth it. Keep growing, keep learning.

Hey guys! It's been a little while hasn't it?
My very loved laptop died sometime last year and it was very tragic. (TT-TT)
I was very fortunate to be able to use a desktop for that time, but theres something special about having a mobile laptop.
So just recently, I have obtained a new laptop!
I am so exited! \(^ω^)/♡♡♡
So, because of this I am hoping to start blogging again! I find blogging so fun and I have missed it.( ♡^◡^)
But wait, can we just appreciate this totally beautiful computer case I have on my computer at the moment? I am so in love with it!( ´ ▽ ` ).｡ｏ♡

To Fall in Autumn

These past several months have been very hard. There has been sickness and pain for myself and others I love. I have had to give up many things I love. There have been difficulties and much too much angst. 

However, they have had many happinesses too. Relations with people I love have strengthened. I’ve got to share experiences I never dreamed of having. There has been laughter and joy.

I feel as if I have grown a lot.

But I’m starting to stumble.

And I feel so weak, so small, like I could never do enough. Work hard enough. Be enough.

So weak, so tired.

So I fall. I fall as the trees turned different colors and I could see.
The pain softens, just for a little maybe, but still. And things became clearer. In my slowly fading to a gray world, there was color once again. Things I once loved started coming back to me.

So I let myself fall, into the colorful Autumn, and let myself see again, those things.

Because sometimes when you let fall into the abyss, it all comes back to you, and you begin to find yourself again.
